“After they did not receive my requested documents I resent after being charged £20 by debiting my card without consent and emailed for them to confirm receipt, I have never received a reply so telephoned them and left a message again no one got back to me confirming they have received my license and proof of no claims as you can imagine I am not impressed with their customer service and will not be renewing next year”
