“Awful company, and awful customer service. This company company doesn't seem to be aware if how telephones work as they will rather ignore you then call you back. I had a an accident that wasn't my fault, the other driver admitted liability and four four months later I'm still waiting on payment. My advice to anyone, do not under any circumstances insure with this company, go elsewhere to some known such as direct line. The level of customer service I received was shocking and this includes managers as well. Do not insure with mce (I can not stress this this enough).”
“On the whole I was satisfied with the service provided but after purchasing the insurance I was inundated with calls from the company trying to sell me the same policy which made me very uneasy about the whole set up but after a phone discussion with a supervisor this was quickly sorted out.”
