I don't understand why ALL insurance brokers act in a semi-transparent way. All motorists have to have basic insurance, brokers turn this necessity into a dark art.

“Please be warned I got charged twice and it took approx. 5 weeks to get a refund from MCE and was at was told on two occasions that the refund had already happened and it was there was no need to contact them again they seemed happy to blame my Bank.”

“We chose to pay monthly and there was some problems with the finance firm. We thought we had dealt with the finance details when we took the policy, giving bank details etc. but then got letters claiming we hadn't filled out paperwork we hadn't been sent. This took a bit of time and effort to sort out but in the meantime our cover wasn't affected as far as I am aware so it wasn't too bad, but a little stressful.”
