“MCE gave me insurance when I already had a policy and they never noticed so I had dual policies for same bike. After it was cancelled and redone I was charged double with no reasonable excuse for the rise. The girl on the phone did not take my details correctly and this was found after I made a claim. No one has ever made an effort to contact me with an apology. When you call MCE you are held on the line forever with some stupid recording of a race commentator and a stupid bike noise its irritating and very annoying.”
