“You say your main goal is to save ME money, but when it came to it my no claims discount on my car counted for nothing but the points on my car did bump the price up? Either the car experience matters or it doesn’t, it sounds like you know exactly how to get MORE money out of people, also the guy on the phone put things in wrong to bump the price up, I said overnight it would be in a locked carpark and it’s been put as in a drive way? I’ve had at least 3 years riding experience and he’s put I have 0, he also said that my car experience will be looked at later and it never was, all these company’s are the same extorting as much as they can out of people, people tend not to even claim these days as theyd rather not have there premium so high next year, it’s a scam and should be illegal”
“Please please remove MCE from your opinions. We’ve had the worst experience ever and my partner has been driving round for four weeks without insurance as it was not processed correctly. We’re making a formal complaint but horrified at what could have been and the stress trying to contact them is off the scale. We have enough going on with everything else!
