“The MCE I bought my insurance from was based in Gibraltar and that part of MCE went into administration. The process was handled well and I bought another policy from MCE based in the UK, underwritten by Sabre. That policy starts on the 1st February in a weeks time so I have no experience yet on this policy. I have to still apply to the financial services agency for a 90% refund on the first policy. I understand that companies fail and as far as I know the broker could not have known of any problems with a companyies health.”
