“Had a quote, agreed the quote and set up the policy paying a significant deposit. approximately 2 weeks later I received a text telling me that they had cancelled my policy because I hadn't sent them further information. I hadn't received a request for further information but there was nothing they could/would do about reinstating the policy as it's "not their problem" if I don't receive the mail they claim they sent.
I was forced to go through a re-application which they then declined.
Very unhelpful, expensive and annoying experience.
I would seriously recommend using someone else.”
