“the online process started well, but no email confirmation was received to say that the insurance was accepted. As this was a Sunday your office was closed. Rang Monday to be told that your computers were down and the only way you could tracte my app was through a payment that was made. Yu then confirmed I was on cover & should receive the documents within 48 hours. It took numerous phone calls & two weeks later before docs come through.
Then to add to it, received an email to state the next premium had not been paid. on contacting you again was told again that you had computer issues but would reattempt the DD. Sorry but your service has been poor.”
