“Shockingly awful service they provide recovery which i have just used 6 and a half hours to be recovered sub contract service out no fone updates safe to say i wont recommend”
“Card was stolen, week before end of the month. due to this had an email saying payment not received. Called their payment line, and spoke with someone who said myline was not great... although every other call was fine .. then after giving new card details ws put on hold .. after waiting with a blank noise for 10 mins I hung up .. Following day was told hadn't made payment still and another email stating from 1st of october i would be charged an additional 30 for failed payment. So call today Tuesday on day of to fix payment details to be informed i also owe the 30 pound on top.. i xplain both circumstance and email and am told there is nothing the advisor ( who is rude and keeps cutting me off) again when challenged on talking over me, advisor blames MY bad connection. he then tell me to contact customer services .. which mean i have to hang up and call again as he cannot assist me . After calling back again and waiting 15 mins .. i take the advise of the prompt to use their online chat as this is quicker.. where the following happens

This feels like a forced position to just force me to pay their additional fee. The advisors are scripted and call centre with apparently no autonomy so how can there be any 2 way conversation.. I hate to think what a claim would look like. Communicated both via live chat and phone and was redirected to the other twice.”

“I'm disappointed because you should not allow MCE insurance to display quote on your website. They are just scammers. You should investigate and check the experiences people hace with them. Check them on all media. They don't pay for claims, they say to the customers on the renewal that they had a claim and can't provide NCB when that is fake. You can't pay online the quote in purpose to be forced to call and charging you £25 phone bill( my experience). Then the operator just asking stupid question like when they don't understand what you say with the only purpose to keep you more and more on the phone. The collect the damaged bikes from customers doesn't pay for it then sell the damaged bikes on eBay for parts. Anyway they should be investigated by the law”
“I bought insurance through this site and it was a huge expensive mistake. I thought it was a good deal but it wasn't. I paid more than double what I should have paid. Really unhappy and I would I would advise you search elsewhere.”
“After they took the payment - I got to know I'm not eligible for the insurance because I'm a director of 2 companies (but I actively worked for 1). Had to cancel my insurance - and they cut off admin fee from the payment even before the insurance date starts. Very annoyed with this insurance company and will be avoiding them at any cost for any future insurance.”
