“Beware of making a mistake with details. I put in correct VRM but wrong bike details thinking must be right as accepted input. Realised two hours later , couldn't get through on phone so emailed. When called back next day was informed I had to pay £44 extra more to cancel. Thanks , won't be using again!”

“There is not enough to say about this insurance company. They charge you the full amount and the very next day they call you just to inform you that you are not insured if you have an accident. (don't worry they will pay for your bike, at least this is what they are saying) and you will have to pay extra to cover you. Don't try to cancel it because they will charge you 50 pounds admin fees(25% of the total amount). Avoid it if you can.”
