“Easy to do business with, service was good. Although policy cost was competitive, I contunue to feel somewhat "stitched up" - just a bit less than when dealing with other companies.”

“When taking this insurance I checked the web for the best price and this company came out cheapest, however when I applied for the insurance they came back and said my DoB was wrong. This was strange as you don't normally get your DoB wrong. They wanted another £40 or so, I decided not to take the insurance but was told it had been set up???? and it would cost me a lot of money to cancel. How do they set up a policy knowing the DoB is wrong? I was forced to take the policy and to add insult to injury they charged me £11 for the amendment to the DoB.
When this year is up I can tell you who certainly won't be getting my business, this lot!!!”
