“Paperwork trail required was irritating & nonsensical when you consider the joined up databases that exist via the various insurance companies. The manual requirements from H & R was off putting & i would probably be reluctant to use them again if they do not sort out a "behind the scenes" joined up system approach as per their competitors.”
“A good value no fuss transaction with no stupid fees . I changed to H&R after my previous insurer tried to change me a £30 renewal fee on a £70 policy. Did they think I cant read.”
“not very good changing payment dates and not letting me know causing me to go overdrawn , harassing for documents that i had already emailed and have been confirmed they were received , might be good prices but nothing else good about them”
“Customer service is poor in fact extremely poor. Didnt give the policy terms I actually paid for. I then took my rights to terminate in 14 days and the company tried to charge me more than the full cost of the policy to terminate it. Avoid avoid avoid.”
