“first of all they threatened to cancel my policy because I couldn't provide a utility bill .I explained that it was a rented property belonging to the company they I work for and couldn't supply them with this.
I then moved house about 1 month into the policy. the new address was about 2 miles from my previous address . they charged me about £230 for this .
I then changed my bike buying a new one . they said they could cover me because it was over £5000 in value . they were to ring me back with a new quote which they never did . I have to get insurance from another company at a third of what glove and dean were charging me .glove and dean also tried to charge me £50 for cancelling my policy even though it was them that weren't able to supply me with a new quote for my bike .
I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.”

“I put my details into two websites and Grove Dean's. Included in every application were details of a car accident that took place in march 2013. Since then I have been inundated with unsolicited phone calls from calims copanies and legal services businesses - receiving upto 30 calls a day! These have been on both my mobile(where they come up as an unknown numser) and home numbers and have been utterly frustrating and very annoying. I have no idea whether the detils aere passd/sold on by either the websites or Grove Dean, it's virtually impossible to find out but I'm not happy and will have to resort to putting false phone numbers in in future.. Whoever is responsible for passing on my details needs to realise that this is a counterproductive activity which in the end will cost them business. I've lost count of the number of people to whom I've already told this story.”
