“There was an issue with the policy which they wanted to charge more, then wanted to charge £20 for charges as well! Speaking to the first person to take the call was a waste of time, but once a supervisor took over it was dealt with efficiently and fairly. Had it not been for this hic-cup I would score v. good.”
