There was an issue with the policy which they wanted to charge more, then wanted to charge £20 for charges as well! Speaking to the first person to take the call was a waste of time, but once a supervisor took over it was dealt with efficiently and fairly. Had it not been for this hic-cup I would score v. good.

The company seem to be stuck in the stone-age with communication being limited to the sending of letters. The delay in this communication resulted in my policy being cancelled. Calling / Emailing now exist Complete Cover - use it!!! Since I have had my policy re-instated. So not so bad after all.

No documents sent by email and had to chase to get documents in the end which delayed collection of new bike for over a week.

I still have not received my documentations through the post. Everytine I try contacting you I don't get answered and when I request a call back I don't get one. .

Dealt with very efficiently, actually saved on quoted internet price with better cover once through to Complete Cover. On experience so far i cannot fault them and would happily recommend.

My first 125CC bike, searched using usual gocompare, moneysupermarket and other comparison websites and this one always came out cheapest. shame there is no quidco.... but i guess they can't make that much margin. Havent had to claim as its only 3rd party. cheapest therefore 5*.
