“I signed up this on a comparison website and got charged hidden fee after fee and further more to this miss a payment and get shafted for £30.00 fee please find someone else to get insurance”
“Having been insured with you for the past 2 years I got a new bike in July 2015 I called to change bike there was so much confusion within your staff it took a full 7 days to be coved having been told I was coved from day one it also took all of my lunch breaks over the days and a large cost to me in phone calls and I men a lot I will not be renewing with you next year and will not recommend you to any of my biking friends”
“3 months after taking out cover I received a letter saying that I had not provided the correct documentation (even though I had done as they confirmed when I took the policy out) and that they would cancel the policy within 7 days, I received the letter with 2 days left. So I phone them up and they tell me I need to resend the documents and to call them back once I had done so. After numerous attempts to call them back (waiting on hold for 30 minutes only to be cut off) I gave up and they charged me fees for cancellation. It was at this point I called the organisation they are regulated by and they gave me a completely different number for the company which I rung and was surprised that this time the people I spoke to were extremely helpful (unlike the people I spoke to first who were rude and shouted at me down the phone) and refunded me the charges made on my account, this is the only good part of my experience and the only reason I got to speak to these people was because of the awful time I had dealing with the other half of their company. Terrible experience and I won't be taking out a policy with them again.”
“Where the service and price was good I still HAVE NOT received my policy, I had a problem getting my Licence to you as I sent it for a change of address and it took longer than normal to come back
However you have had it foe a while now and I still don't have a policy.”
