“Absolutely dreadful I unfortunately had to make a claim for theft and initial call I was passed to 5 different people starting from wicked quotes to the broker ramasis who then use a separate broker brown sword please beware purchasing this as you'll be in a horrible chain of insurance who pass your insurance onto others please shop around or stick with a known brand”
“Deeply disappointing. Company would not provide a revised quote when I was unable to find my NCB documentation. Customer service took several days to respond to any emails. I lost more than half of my original payment when I cancelled my policy well within the cooling-off period. Beware the £30 administration fee! Not worth the hassle.”
