“On the plus side, these guys are slick. I challenged a few details on the policy at the time of purchase and they had no problems filling me in fluently on the law around insurance and why the policies were structured the way they were. No needing to go ask their managers or get back to me etc.
You get the distinct feeling they are astute middle men. They only want your cash and they want it as fast as possible. Touch wood I'll never have to claim but if I did I get the feeling they'd have their backsides very well covered.
Read and learn the intricacies of your policy. Ask them lots of questions at point of purchase and you should be okay.”
“False advertising, said on my paper work it was £30 to switch vehicle over and ended up costing £143 just to switch. Also had derbi senda before the moped I have now and I'm pretty sure I'm paying more now than what I was. Going to switch to cheaper insurence.”
