“My daughter rang this company to follow up the quote for her scooter. The quote was £186 third part only and she picked it because it was the cheapest. Some lousy b*stard at this company mis-sold her extra things she didn't need and the final charge was over £300. She's a naive teenager, which the salesperson must have detected, and it makes me sick to think of them taking the chance to load extra costs onto her. SHAME ON THEM!!!”
