“I pay for my insurance every month but I still haven't received my policy as well as sending my licence with has not come back so I have had to apply for new one and I haven't been able to tax my bike.”
“been with bike insurer for a while my last insurer put my policy up so much had no choice but to go through Bike insurer again and they came up with express insurance.This was in my view the best insurance that I could get also an insurance to cover my excess.A full comprehensive insurance and excess cover for a small fee lovely jubbly.Thank you Bike insurer and Express insurers.”
“Getting the policy proved problamatic as they repeatedly asked for proof of no claims discount, even though i had sent it by email and throught he post.
I then cancelled after 3 months and got charged £50 for the pleasure.
I never recieved a hard copy of my certificate only an electronic one of which I never had to print. Express insurance threatened me with a law if i did not return my certificate (no hard copy). Told them I did noy have one to send back.
They repeatedly said it was against the law not to return a cancelled certificate. I just ignored them in the end.
Will not use again. Oh! and I returned a similar review to them.”
“Got a quote for old bike which I thought was fair enough paid for it and out of curiosity I contined comparing and found it cheaper. I subsequently bought a new bike a month later and contacted express to transfer the insurance to the new bike. They said the quote would be more bit I wasn't expecting it to be more than double what I had recently paid. I didn't pay it they eventually wrote cancelling my insurance. I went online and got insurance for the bike cheaper than the first quote. I paid approximately £190 for the new scooter insurance as opposed to nearly £400. I hope I never come across them again. Would not recommend.”
