“If you are planning to obtain a bike insurance make sure you check the fine print. RAC insurance made sure they can cancel my insurance on the day that the supporting documentation was due to arrive. I am sure it is all legally binding but cost me an additional £135 just to get back the same insurance committed to a month earlier.
I was let down by there support team and the managers and would not recommend RAC Insurance to anyone.”
“I like RAC, they are a good solid company, my only complaint was i asked them to send documents by post, they sent them to my computer instead, i could not open the file so i asked again for them to be sent by post and i am still waiting 2 months later.”
