Asked me for proof of no claims which I sent in and they claimed they didn't receive it. I sent again, same happened and they kept threatening with cancellation of policy. Then one month later said I hadn't sent in a copy of my licence and threatened the same. Until I said I sent it by recorded delivery and I could give them the name of the person that signed it, they then backed down. Customer service is very slow and poor. Price was ok but the service let them down. Wouldn't buy from them again, go elsewhere bikers!

Terrible company, used for a week after paying a £250 deposit, and a £125 first payment after the first week, and then asked to cancel my policy and was told I have to pay another £150 on top! Then when I asked to wait until my payday they said yes, 2days later they took the payment without telling or asking me, and when I asked for the money back they said no! Terrible terrible service would definatly not recommend.

I just hope the renewal next year will be a competitive price. I've had to change companies every year because renewal costs have risen significantly.

Apart from MD not ever replying to my e-mails concerning evidence of no claims discount, all good.

Couldn't believe the price! But, sure enough, a new comprehensive policy came through for less than I had been paying for tpf&t.

Absolutely no problems, MCD always beat any other quote for me, and (although I've never had to claim, I've never had any problems either. Also, the Bike Insurer is a great comparison site, no worries.

The rates are excellent and the breakdown cover was very useful. However, the customer support is a problem. The customer care line number is unobtainable, the website lacks some of the automated features it claims to have and there appears to be no easy way of contacting a customer services representative. This is a problem, as I'm having trouble getting proof of no claims discount from the company.
