“Well, I am happy with the insurance policy, but I wish that when they offer you a policy that they have given you the best that can be found and not send a quote that is too high and then you have to go onto the web to find a lower offer and then they will reduce their quote to match the one you found.
This I feel does get a lot of people mad when they have been with the same company for a long time, it does make you feel as if you are being ripped off, so let us look at this problem and get the homework done first, then send a quote that cannot be beaten thus keeping your customers happy.”
