“After I had e-mailed my no claims bonus to the parent company e-mail address on the correspondence, since it is not possible to get through, without phoning, to Motorcycle Direct, apparently they did not receive it an, in my absence, discontinued my cover, and gave me no refund, therefore charging me £50 for the pleasure.
