“As I only ride my bike on sunny days in the summer, my bike spends more time in the garage than on the road. This being the case I didn't want to pay high premiums so this policy is very sensibly priced , just what I wanted:).”
“Service and price was very competative using the same insurance company I have been insured with in the past but without having to pay substantial agency renewal and document fees. I hope never to have to use thier assistance in the event of a claim which is when company service levels are realy tested. It would be interesting to have sight of any claimant experiances of this agency.”
“Told at PoS that they would check my NCD. A LIE.They were then sent my NCD BY email (receipted)AND by post. Denied receiving them and cancelled my insurance with no refund. Took HOURStocontact them on every occasion I tried. Complained and was fobbed off. So called investigation, denied receipt of both, denying the validity of an email receipt! Now in hands of ombudsman. Been riding 30 years never a claim, appalled by such a poor infrastructure, customer service delivery and so called resolution efforts. Has cost me a summers riding, extra tolls and parking 4 months unused tax-recorded delivery postage fees and a great deal of inconvenience. Will never use this company again - no matter what offers they make, will take this to court if I have to. Really really glad I never had to make a claim with this sort of attitude !”
