Motorcycle division was busy , was offered callback which I accepted , when the call came I was informed that the lady I spoke to could not acces the Internet and could not acces quote”

“Due to the fact that my previous insurer will not give me evidence of my 2 years no claims bonus, and insurance companies has not got a central database for retreiving this information, my premium had to be based on no accumulated years and quite high. The customers should not be suffering from the fact that the insurance regulators cannot retreive information regarding a customers claim free years. Customers are currently told that comlicated laws and rules apply, and therefore the systems are as they are. I see it as an improvement oppotunity.
