“Having to change address: I was charged 30 pounds which make my insurance more than the previous company,the charges should be made clear in large print before being duped by a cheaper initial price.
Will not be using a your price comparison company again.

“Tricky company, first we pay first fee around £50.00 and 10 days later they cancel the policy with a false excuse,( "you need to answer the email we send to you requesting letter with no claim bonus") the funny thing I never received the email.
But for my surprise I have received a text on my mobile phone about the cancellation.
Other thing I don't understand, Why we need a broker instead the insurance company directly?
Be very careful with this kind of brokers

“The call centre were friendly, quick and efficient in dealing with my equerry, didn't give me the hard sell for additional cover I didn't want. I also declared my slip on can modifications which didn't effect the insurance quote / cost unlike some other insurers. The only thing I would have liked is for the their breakdown cover to provide European cover for my 2001 Honda as I was travelling abroad a couple of time during the period of cover.”
