“Despite informing the sales agent I dealt with over the phone, they appeared to not understand when I informed them I had no No Claims discount on the bike I was insuring with them but HAD with a number of my other bikes. As a result, I was then contacted a few days after the quoted fee was taken to say that the premium would then have to increase. On two occasions I was placed on hold while the situation was resolved. Eventually, I was insured through another company for the original quote. Needless to say, I will not be using Motorcycle Direct again.”
