“Had a major headache verifying my no claims, which was not the fault of AA insurance.
Where I feel they need to improve is with the way they just contacted me demanding an additional fee of around 40% of my initial premium for 1 years no claims.
I tried messaging / explaining the info was forthcoming (my old insurer haven't covered themselves in glory either) but it escalated to a notice of cancellation.
I eventually got this sorted at the last minute but it leaves a bad impression.”
