“Be careful...they may appear good at first glance, but don't deal with any modifications....not even crash bungs and they take money for the cancellation, even though they force it on you and leave you with no time at all to sort anything else out. They told me I agreed to this in the terms and conditions, but I can assure you having to swap from my 1st chosen insurer due to modifications which they wouldn't accept even if there was no extra cover required, I absolutely know I read every detail and have a formal complaint in process!!!! Update: They have provided me 'agree to disagree full refund' after following their complaint process, so i have agreed to drop the Ombudsman complaint.”
“Original policy was fine on my Kawasaki , Although unable to download policy documents , when required,
when changing my bike after 5months I was charged more to change the detals for the remaining 7 months than I paid for 12months cover,Admin charges Totally in proportional to the cover ,I WILL NOT RENEW WIITH THEM UNLESS I CAN GET THE ADMIN FEE REDUCED OR REMOVED .....DISGUSTED ....”
