“Don't be fooled by the comparison quote claiming 'GUARANTEED no excess'. This is not valid if you are unlucky enough to be the victim of crime within the first month of your policy- so, in fact, a complete lie. I'm aware that this is in the small print on my policy, but when I first got the quote I was lured in by this supposed 'guarantee'. It's not a guarantee if terms and conditions like this apply. Lost me a lot of money.”
“The recorded message on the customer services number was so annoying I hung up numerous times as couldn't bear the noise. Tried emailing but with no luck, eventually found someone who could just about listen to it while waiting to get through. Will not be renewing with them purely for this reason.
Changing the start date of the policy was a nightmare and ended up having to have 2 policies and then refund the first a month later.”
