“Paying for the insurance wasn't hard at all (except the £30 for a 15 minute phone call) it was sorting out the documentation after. I was asked for proof of ncd and photo copies of my driving licence which is fine, I expect to have to send that off, but when I sent it ebike emailed back saying it wasn't correct so after trying to sort out the problem I just sent it again and it worked...I guess that ebike insurance stands for easy "easy bike insurance" but they have been by far the hardest to deal with.
I wont be using them again when I renue.
I will homever be using the bike insurer again.

“Was asked to send copy of driving licence, which I did do only to be met by a letter threatening to cancel my insurance because I had not done this. I managed to find a telephone number to call one of our colleagues who confirmed that you were in receipt of my driving licence and 'not to worry'.
I then received a second threatening letter saying that you would cancel my insurance policy and charge me £70 because I had not done what you had requested.
It seems to me that none of your departments corresponded with each other and that you were too quick in passing the blame onto the customer before checking your records were correct.
This did not in-still any confidence with your company and raised concerns as I was only trying to set up my policy and I wondered what outcome or response I would have if I every had to make a claim.

“it is very expensive if you need to talk to someone. i was very disappointed when it took over a month to make a change and land me with an extra charge which evaluated to a third of the original price charged. i will not be renewing my policy when my year is up.”
