“The admin department of Insurer I ended up with claimed never to have received the papers I sent them by post .
Subsequently I have repeatedly been ask to send more information and site of documents I had also sent by email .
Clearly not all plain sailing ...”
“the company were very helpful until they had there money then it all started going wrong, I sent my details to them 5 times on e-mail and twice in the post and they kept loosing it.
I changed my bike over for a smaller engine bike same year and they charged me £70 for doing this, what a con this company is, telling all my friends and family to steer clear as they are con men.
will not be using them again,”
“I found myself using performance direct after the reasonable quote they gave on go compare . Which was double m previous insurance but bearing in mind this was on a replacement bike as my old one had been stolen, I accepted that. What hacked me off was there poor service I had to constantly ring them only to find that the they hadn’t secured an ok from the broker to go ahead with the cover. They eventually gave me terms the day before I was going to collect my new bike and guess what they increased the premium by £100 because the new bike wasn’t on the system. The guy I dealt with even suggested that if I reduced the value of my new bike it might make it easier to reduce the premium !!!
So no five star recommendations from me”
