Although I made them aware that I was not going to claim and they acknowledged this one year down the line I received a letter for my new bike insurance claiming I owed them 136 pounds. This was because of a claim that was still open on a bike that I had never claimed on. I called them up politely to ask what I owed the money for as it was unclear on the letter and was passed around the building until I ended up with the same person again who passed me on. I pressed 5 for call back because they were busy but was never called back. I have written letters to them for no reply and keep getting letters for the money that I owe them. Their customer service is appalling and they wrote on my insurance documents saying that it was my fault that the bike was stolen. How on earth could it be my fault when someone else stole the thing. Honestly choose someone else.”

Price was about normal but I liked the Company's ethical policy on being Green so they got my vote and my business.
