“The lectures are fine.Good speakers, clear and concise. Quizzes are fine. The written assignments are useless. We should be given examples of teaching classroom games or techniques and review the examples. The actual teaching classroom lessons are enough. They are painfully boring. I can't imagine how bored the students are. Adult Learners in whatever culture need to see the purpose of the class. The room is not conducive for writing. Way too small and it looks uncomfortable. I taught college for 25 years and volunteered at ESL in my state. The classroom comfort is important.”

As we are the highest accredited TEFL Course provider in the UK we strive to deliver courses that meet the requirements for these. The courses, therefore, need to include these written assignments. I am sorry to hear also that you did not enjoy our video observation course as this is normally rated highly by our students. “I have not completed the course yet, but I am almost done with the grammar section. So far I love it! It covers everything there is to know about grammar, and it’s very practical with loads of real-life lessons videos. Thank you for this great opportunity!”

“The course is very well structured. The video demonstrations are extremely helpful and provide different ideas and activities that can be adopted while teaching. However, I would have preferred to have more demonstrations handling young learners even though I am aware of the specific advanced course for teaching young learners. The last two units ( Teaching large classes and Telephone Teaching course) lack of concrete demonstrations which in my opinion could be useful in carrying out the lasts assignments. My tutor ( Fiona) has always been punctual in answering me. When needed, she always supported me with valuable feedback. Overall I enjoyed this useful learning experience.”
