“I asked for a refund within 2 wesks of buying but it was refused. Buying on the internet I should have been granted a refund within two weeks because there is no way of knowing what I was buying and if it would suit. Really disappointed with the customer care.There should be a trail period to at least see if the course is what you want.”

“I learnt alot. The course is easy to complete. The tutor helped me alot with problems I had with assignments. I would recommend doing this course if you want to teach online”

“Its a good course. The first written assignment was a bit complicated as i think that the PPA structure was not explained at its full. Was hard to understand what to look for and why in the lead in, presentation etc. The rest is great, the teachers that is presenting the course are doing great.”

“It is a relatively good course for the first part of it, but the portion discussing PPP lessons needs to be worked out a little more. The information provided seems to come out of nowhere and is not explained thoroughly enough by the time we are expected to write our own lessons with it. We are asked to watch many videos that can be anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half long, but these videos do not indicate what we should be paying attention to. It took me three tries to pass my first essay because the instructions were so strict, yet poorly defined. For something as stringent as a PPP lesson, where even the smallest mistake will get you failed, it seriously needs to be explained better before they expect us to write our own. This knocks off two stars from what would otherwise be a five star course. I suggest improving this portion.”

“Enjoying this course. So much information! Regarding the quizzes, I wish it showed which questions you got right/wrong after submitting, as it could save going through the same questions you already got right again. Also it would be better if there was simple explanation of why the answer was wrong. Thanks!”
