“I would have liked that the videos are atleast 15 min long as it gets a bit frustrating to just watch 2 min videos and then change..thus making it a grueling task also to see so many videos in the course is a bit overwhelming. The course is overall good but for working people it gets quite a chore to watch after a long day. I had to buy an extension but I do get discouraged as I don't know if still I will be able to finish it or not. Overall the course is good, but I would like to have an online session once a week with the tutor as well as follow up videos so that the concepts are reinforced and the course can be finished on time.”

“I really like the course, my only complaints revolve around the writing parts of the assignment. It's very limiting in my opinion and I struggle with understanding what the assignment truly wants. The word count messes me up because I begin writing a full response only to realize I'm going to get marked wrong if the answer is too long. And if that isn't the issue and say I missed the entire answer I don't feel like the feedback makes much sense. I've gotten feedback two or three times on one written assignment and I feel lost on it.”

“Dear TEFL.org, I really do apologize, I bought the extension for 3 months, but my schedule at work has been so tight that I find it is very difficult for me to do the course. The fault is in my side. The program is very good. But just my responsibility at the school I work is so heavy that I find it is so hard for me to give my time to learn what I like (The TEFL course). “After purchasing the course expiry, I noticed only 2 of the 4 near expired modules were renewed. I didn't contact TELF immediately but instead continued working on the 2 estended modules. Just before completion of the 3rd module, I contacted TELF refernecing this. I was told the course was renewed, explained from then what my screened showed. After many contacts to TELF, and wasted days that slowed and forced changed my schedule, not sure but that last call somehow made me feel like only then did TELF take me seriously. It was then that someone took the time to work with me on solving this issue. The TELF technical team was contacted and the magic was done!! My extension was in order!!”
