“I had no problems with the extension. The problem I had was when I first started the course. When I finished Methodology, it said "Course Completed" so I actually thought I had finished the entire course- there's the thin rectangular percentage counter which tells you how much you've done and what's left to do. That should only show when an entire course (NOT MODULES), has been completed. That is misleading. So when I thought I'd finished my course and sat waiting for my certificate, I had another three more Modules to complete, hence the reason I bought an extension.”

Hi Martha, Thank you for your feedback regarding the course. Our courses are certainly broken down into sections. The methodology is 1 of 5 courses required to be completed, so this should have shown in your account. It also equates to 50-hours of the 120-hour course, so the other courses should also have been listed on your Courses page. I'm sorry that you felt this misleading, so I will pass this on to be looked into as we endeavour to improve our courses further. All the best, Debbie
