Hi, sorry to hear you had issues with this. Looking at your order you appear to have bought 1 switch from us from the ECO range and an ECO receiver so these should work together fine. However there are two ranges of these switches, ECO and PRO and they do not work together so if you already have other ENER-J switches from the PRO range then they won't work together.
