“These smart plug'n'play bookshelf speakers made a surprise turntable gift turn into a new HiFi setup for my home office, for under £100. I went for the faux wood style to blend easily into the style of the room. I now enjoy my vinyl collection again as I always have with strong bass and a good volume, and add some favourite grooves and memories to my working day. One speaker sits at eye level and the other on a lower bookshelf (literally), so a solid audio presence. The remote volume control is v handy for unexpected zoom calls when you can't lift the needle in time!”

“Hi to whom it may concern, my purchase of speakers aren’t working properly on volume. It has been connected properly and the volume switch has a fault. I can turn the sound down however turn the sound up it will only go to a level of around 3. So this is very quiet and isn’t good.”

Hi David, thanks for your recent order. As discussed on the phone your turntable doesn't have a pre-amplifier built-in which is why the speakers are playing quietly. I can see you've ordered a Pro-Ject Phono Box MM turntable pre-amplifier from us after a phone call today so this should resolve the problem for you. Kind regards, Craig.

“I am hard of hearing, and have had dreadful problems with zoom meetings, etc., on my computer, whetrher I use headphones or speakers. After fitting the Edifier R1280T all the problems have disappeared. I can hear everything really clearly, with almost all the usual eletronic sound distortion removed. They have also greatly enhanced my enjoyment of watching catch-up TV programmes and sport on TNT Sport. In short, for me they have been an outstanding success. Thank you K&B Audio.
