“I was browsing for a Google Home compatible bathroom speaker and wandered across the K&B audio website. While browsing the online chat option appeared so thought I'd ask a few questions. Aiden was a fountain of knowledge and answered all my questions as well as letting me know they could name the unit for us. So went for it there and then. It arrived safely two days later. We were just at the end of a bathroom refurb which included new ceiling/plastering. I followed the instructions and used the template for my cut out. Fitting the unit into the ceiling is a cinch, four screws that clamp it in place. Fit the magnetic cover and it's done. It has a lovely low profile which is good as some other I have seen stick much further down. I also like that it does not have logo's or company emblems on the cover. We have a 13amp socket outlet already in our loft which was quite close, so powering the unit up took no time at all. I am now going to purchase the additional fire hood, as well as the safety perspective it will help keep the dust etc off the internals of the unit. I was able to get it connected to Google home in no time and set it as a primary speaker. All audio now comes through, though things like alerts and alarms still come through the Google unit which is good. The Lithe speaker is quite a powerful unit as it has its own amplifier, I think I will be able to make use of the 50% sound reduction switch to limit its output. All in all a great little unit that is correctly rated for bathroom use. Recommended.”
