In the meantime though, I continue to order 6 at a time for my own use. We use two a week and haven't had to freeze them as they last three weeks in the fridge, no problem. “Had I known I could get them directly I would have come here to buy them. But I stumbled over them on Amazon and bought 4 kits.
I made the Rogan Josh today and we really enjoyed it. I have to compliment the instructions which were clear and helpful from start to finish. For an autistic person like myself I was so easy to follow. The fresh ingredients were of exquisite quality. I went for medium heat and it was perfect. Just enough heat and the flavours were gorgeous. I will for sure buy more and try different flavours.”

“Got six curry kits and have used two so far. Really nice although I don't like my curries too strong, I am experimenting with using more chilli's. I slice them and remove all the seeds, so far I have tried two for the first one and three for the second one. I thin I have found my heat at that though.
Wonder if there is any chance tastesmiths may expand to Thai, Italian, Chinese???”

“This curry is amazing. I used large raw prawns and a salmon fillet cut into small chunks. I cut back on the oil a bit just because I try to reduce calories where I can but it was still delicious. The recipe says grating the coconut is tricky but I found it easy with a long zester type grater. I have tried a couple of different tastesmiths curries now and have not been disappointed, however this has got to my fave! If you follow the recipe this is a very easy dish to make. I have also frozen the sachets and was worried they would lose their flavour but they didn’t at all. Definitely be buying this one again!”

“Made a keema madras with veggie mince. Was doubtful about the taste as veggie mince can sometimes taste a little synthetic depending which make you get. But shouldn't have worried as it was delicious. Eating last portion today. Fab!”
