“Only given three stars as only used the bajia mix. The bajias were extremely hot even though I only used half a packet of chilli flakes. Not sure what went wrong here but very disappointing.
We have yet to use the dhal mix and another curry spice mix that we’ve put in the freezer till we’re ready to use it.”
