“Fabulous kits, simple to use, yet yielding consistently delicious results. Not had a "failure" yet and must have made upwards of 20 curries of various types. This is a brilliant way of obtaining all the best ingredients in the quantities actually needed without needing to source a multitude of spices and ending up with vast quantities which wouldn't last anyway.

“Goan fish curry tasted amazing. Note to self - keep the rice away from the grated coconut! Rice thrown into the pot in error instead of the coconut added a certain crunch. Will definitely reorder when Ive used all my kits. The dishes Ive made so far have been amazing, even the one with added crunch!”
