“I regularly use and like the piri piri (with chicken to remind my sister and I of our childhood) the rogan josh with lamb for my husband the dedicated carnivore and the timatar marsala is my go to for the veggie option (normally with whatever is around and seasonal) I use the tex mex chilli both with mince and with slowcook beef and with beans and tofu all are yummy. I also like that if my work schedule suddenly goes bananas I can freeze the kits rather than do the batch cooking and I do find it works as well both ways”
