“I love that you don’t have to make them hot as I’m a mild curry person korma etc, so I was worried about making the onion Bhaji but it came out amazing ( don’t put the oil too high ) browned to quick to took them out and turned heat down and they were amazing then we had the tikka masala for the main and clean plates all round so happy”
“Bought them for my husband and I to do something together in the lockdown. They are easy to use and you can adjust to your taste and they are delicious. My tip, make 1 or 2 days before you eat it and it gives the spices time to mature. If you enjoy cooking try them they are fun.”
“we haven't tried everything yet, bought 6 kits and we've used 3, but what we have tried has been pretty amazing tbh and we have been pleasently surprised. i especially like that we can decide how hot we make our meals, i'm pretty fed up buying kits that promise heat and don't deliver as they are trying to please everybody and end up quite bland, don't have that problem with these kits. the kits are a little more expensive than others we've tried but they are worth it. i'm looking forward to placing another order once we've finished with what we have now.”
“I've tried many different varieties, the Rogan Josh, the Korma, but the one that really hits the spot is the Madras. Wow. Enough chili to blow your mind. The advice is to add as much or as little as you like. We add the lot. Beautiful.”
