“I liked the fact I could mix and match kits. We've tried the Goan, Jamaican Jerk, Rogan Josh, Korma, Shish, Persian Khoresh and Sri Lankhan and loved them all. The only one we found a bit lacking was the Makhani. We might give it another go and try it with paneer next time.
They have all be easy to use, with good instructions and have been fine after freezing.”
