“This was my 2nd order for 8 kits & i have to say we are quite simply amazed at the kits.
Everything is fresh & easy to prepare, even from frozen, instructions can take a couple of reads but are generally easy to follow.
I now tend to prepare the dishes Saturday morning & allow them to slow cook in our slow cooker for a few hours. The upshot to this is amazingly tender meat, but also this allows the chillies to infuse into the curry giving the dish a welcome kick.
If i had to select a favourite dish then so far it has to be the Tex Mex Chilli, cooked with a diced fresh rump steak then slow cooked for 6 hours, the taste is just out of this world & the beef is just so soft & tender & literally falls apart in the mouth.”
