“Did exactly as it said on the instructions and the outcome looked pleasing to the eye and the smell was amazing. The curry didn't meet my expectations though, it lacked depth and wasn't like any roganjosh that i'd eaten before,it needed a background flavour. I added some tomato puree and more seasoning, this improved it greatly but it still didn't deliver that curry fix.”
