“Saysit can be made with tinned tomatoes, fresh tomatoes or passata. Previously did it with fresh which was lovely, and tinned which was almost as good, but when we made with with passata, the whole thing was a bit "meh". TI'm not sure if it was using the passata or the latest batch of chillies are a bit "tame", but there was a lack of real taste being made this way - almost like a jar would have given similar results, tbh, so not using passata again in any of my curries.”
