“I’ve only tried the Dhal so far but it was lovely. The balance or spices and chilli was perfect. Your advice on controlling the chilli heat was spot on! My only criticism is that there seemed too much water for the lentils, but that is pretty minor. Looking forward to trying the other 2 packets.”
